Set in beautiful Eblissi bay about 2.5 kilometres from the resort of Fiskardo, the Emelisse resembles a village perched on top of a cliff with spectacular views over the Ionian sea to the islands of Ithaca and Lefkada. Artistically furnished entirely with natural materials in a minimalist style, the hotel is small enough to offer a warm, personal welcome and touches like the lighting of over 250 candles at dusk add to the enchanting allure. While the nearest beach is about 300 metres away, it is also possible to sunbathe and swim from the private rocky shoreline (reached by footpath from the hotel). The waters in the bay are clear and particularly good for snorkelling. Mountain bikes are provided so you can explore the local countryside or have a look round the shops and restaurants in Fiskardo at your leisure, and for more relaxing days, massage and beauty treatments are available.
